HR Consultant
Do you want to run HR processes within a major player in the sports and outdoor industry?
As HR Consultant your primary responsibility is to develop and coordinate initiatives that enable Brav to become a unified, transparent and high performing organization based on a common culture. Do you have experience with running HR processes and want to use your skills and knowledge in an international business with reputable brands? Are you proactive and thrive in a high paced setting where no two days are alike? Then this position is for you!
Main areas of responsibility:
- Develop, implement and follow up on people processes
- Ensure that proper HR documents and templates are in place and continuously updated
- Develop and implement leadership and employee training programs
- Follow up on performance management
- Give HR support to all departments across all business units
- Support corporate internal communication and organizing various social activities
- Facility Management - The HR department is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the HQ Snøhus.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years academic degree within the HR, organizational learning, leadership or psychology
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience within the field of HR
- Experience with Norwegian Employment Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Very good Norwegian and English language skills, both verbally and written.
- Good knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/ Google Workspace).
- Good knowledge of relevant digital HR tools.
