Head of Sales & Distributors Swix
International leadership role at a major player in the sports and outdoor industry.
Swix is seeking a Head of Sales & Distributors to drive growth and profitability for our wholesale channel. You will be a key player in shaping our future as we strive to become the preferred outdoor and training partner worldwide, having the responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive global distribution strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and market trends.
In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, retailers, and partners. You will lead and motivate a diverse team of sales and distribution professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand representation, product launches, and inventory management.
Head of Sales & Distributors is part of the Swix management team, and the position is placed at HQ. The flexibility to travel to our locations is required.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a bachelor's or master’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience preferably in an international setting, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You should also possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and adeptness in managing customer relationships.
