Do you have strong organizational skills and an affinity for numbers and administrative processes? Then you might be the perfect addition to our team! At Brav Switzerland AG, we are looking for a dedicated individual for a 80%-100% position, to join our Toko brand —renowned for its high-quality ski wax, tools, and care products—as Administration Manager.
In this versatile role, your responsibilities will include:
General Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure HSE compliance
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Organize internal events, meetings, and team activities
- Managing the local company vehicle fleet
Human Resources
- Coordinate with local payroll providers and authorities
- Handle employment admin, including time tracking, sick leave, and absences
- Support managers and employees with payroll and HR-related tasks
- Assist Group HR with local implementation of HR processes
Accounting
- Support daily finance tasks: accounts receivable, credit control, petty cash, payroll, and expenses
- Record and manage expense reports for Brav Switzerland AG
- Communicate with customers on invoicing and payment matters
- Prepare documentation for accounting and tax advisors
Sales and Customer Service Support
- Assist sales team with admin, inventory, and B2B/B2C showroom coordination
- Handle returns, complaints, and customer service for Germany and Norway
- Manage international orders, export documentation, and logistics
Who are we looking for?
Must have qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar position, including invoicing, accounts receivable and expense management
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or return handling
- Strong command of digital productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Background in administration or office management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with HR-related tasks
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Experience managing a vehicle fleet or office maintenance
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations Familiarity with tax documentation and collaboration with tax advisors
- Experience working in an international or multi-currency environment
- Experience in handling international orders and logistics
