The purpose of the HR function in Brav is to build and maintain a strong organizational culture that supports the company's strategic goals. We ensure that all HR policies and guidelines are in place and that personnel are supported in all HR-related matters.
Our team consists of four members located at the headquarters in Lørenskog. HR interacts with all departments within the organization to ensure that employees have a positive and productive work experience.
