Head of Product Development - Swix Hardware – Product Development

I am responsible for the Wholesale operations in Brav Finland for all brands. Wholesale is the most important distribution channel for our products and our task is to support retail channels which correlates to Brav's mission: "Turning dreams into memories". I can use my creativity and skills everyday working with the leading sport retailers and supporting our great Wholesale team here in Finland. Since we are a subsidiary of Brav group, I work closely with the global wholesale team and join projects with other departments as well. This gives additional value to my work and it is rewarding to see how different operations support each other.

I have worked in the sporting goods business for over 20 years. I started my career as a sales clerk in a traditional sport shop. Despite being a Sales Manager, I have supported the world's best XC skiers with their equipment and been operating my own sports retail & e-commerce business.

Brav Finland is a kind of family. I started in 2015 when the company was founded practically from scratch. Building up the operations, the team, contacts, distribution strategy etc. has been a ride to remember, but this train never stops. Everyday we create something new and exciting. The best part is that I can share this with great colleagues.
