Head of Responsibility

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Responsibility to uphold and enhance our sustainability and compliance efforts across our brands. As our internal expert, you will play a crucial role in overseeing adherence to ESG regulations, managing sustainability reporting, and driving initiatives to ensure that our operations align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant ESG regulations, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and Transparency Act.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of ESG reports, including GRI and GHG emissions reports, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
• Conduct annual Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Accounting and develop strategies to achieve Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) carbon reduction goals.
• Maintain Brav’s KPI Responsibility roadmap and collaborate with the Finance Manager on ESG-related financial disclosures.
• Perform risk assessments related to sustainability and compliance, creating and implementing action plans to address potential risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on compliance and sustainability issues, providing expert guidance and support.
• Develop and nurture effective relationships with NGOs, government officials, industry partners, and community stakeholders to ensure compliance and foster collaboration.

Who are we looking for?

Must have:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in sustainability, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sustainability, ESG advisory, or auditing roles, with a proven track record in developing and implementing ESG reporting and action plans.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with ESG regulations such as CSRD and SBTI. Knowledge of US regulations is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
