International Alpine Racing Service Specialist

As our International Alpine Racing Service Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting international ski teams, federations and athletes, representing TOKO's expertise in ski waxing and service at the highest level. This position requires extensive experience in alpine racing, organizational skills and a willingness to travel worldwide.

What You'll do:
- Provide high-quality ski waxes and tools to international ski racing teams, including World Cup (WC), European Cup (EC), FIS, and national teams, including C-level rosters.
- Plan, participate, and actively prepare skis at major events such as World Championships, European Championships, Junior World Championships, and the Olympic Games to ensure a strong and professional presence for the company.
- Organize and conduct alpine test runs to evaluate and qualify ski wax products.
- Ensure accurate collection of wax, weather, and slope data, and communicate key information promptly to service teams.
- Coordinate seamless service operations during various training camps in Switzerland, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, and other locations.
- Collaborate effectively with testers, technicians, and developers to enhance and optimize ski equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for race teams, service staff, and race directors from different countries.
- Manage the accreditation process and foster positive relationships with race offices, international teams, federations, and athletes.
- Support the Toko team by contributing to training programs, courses, and events.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in ski waxing, service coordination, product management, or a related role within the sports industry.
- Basic understanding of mechanics and physics related to ski bases and wax, along with the effects of snow conditions, temperature, and weather.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to clearly and effectively present test results, both verbally and in written form.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay for extended periods, especially during the winter season.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
