As a member of the HR department my main responsibility is to ensure that our people processes are of good quality. This implies continuous improvement but also building and implement completely new processes or supporting tools for your employees.
I hold a masters degree in organizational psychology, and before I started at Brav I worked at a recruitment company. This experience has been very valuable since we are currently growing quite fast.
