As a member of the HR department my main responsibility is to ensure that our people processes are of good quality. This implies continuous improvement but also building and implement completely new processes or supporting tools for your employees. 

I hold a masters degree in organizational psychology, and before I started at Brav I worked at a recruitment company. This experience has been very valuable since we are currently growing quite fast. 

The best part about working at Brav is that I get the opportunity to take ownership to the many and varied tasks I am responsible for. I learn something new every day and no day is similar. I also love my colleagues. The working environment is filled with hard working, passionate and supportive coworkers and we have a lot of fun together.
